the sweetest noise

73yr old Ramen God, taking a break. I visit his shop every time I return to Japan, without fail. His soup is exquisite, the noodles perfectly chewy & even the preparation of each bowl is done with finesse. I miss him. Here’s a shot of him resting between orders. (Taken with instagram)
